I need help on this problems, just don't know the steps how to get the answers? very confused.

Calculate the density in grams per millimeter given the following info
3.60 g of an unknown liquid has a volume of 4.06 ml?

The mass percent of salt in a solution prepared by adding 12.5 of salt to 143.2

a patient s ordered 50 gram of erythromycin orally. A syrup solution contains 175 mg/50 ml, wha is the volume?

Respuesta :

the first question about the density: density=mass/volume so u take 3.60grams and divide it by 4.06ml like this: 3.60g/4.06ml... once u divide it, that answer will be the density(units is g/ml)

the second question: volume= mass/density so u take 50 grams and divide it by 175g/ml(i think u had a type, idk) and once u divide them, the answer will be the volume (units is ml)
