There are multiple ways of going about this, but what I find easiest for a problem like this is to find the GCF of all the terms.
The GCF of [tex]9x^2,-3x,6x,-45x^2[/tex] is [tex]3x[/tex].
Meaning that we can take out 3x out of all the terms and still be left with the simplest, yet equivalent for of the expression.
[tex]\frac{2x-1}{2-15x}[/tex]
