Personally, its a form of art and its special and unique. I would say it depends on who created the artwork. I cant speak for all the people creating this art.

No its a form of art just like painting, or drawing. It should not be taken from the streets but if the artist chooses to sell it then that is a choice of their making but I don’t think it should be taken from the streets at all. It’s a way of expressing yourself for the world to see
