Well for example if their was in increase in the animal frogs then that would negatively effect the population of bugs because the frogs are eating all of them. BUT, this means that if the frog population increases then the snake population would increase even more because snakes eat frogs and if their are so many frogs then snakes will have plenty of food to eat.
