Wendy plans to run her first 5km in two months. Running is a cardio activity and in order to be prepared she should impove her cardio capacity (do cardio workouts). Zumba is a dance fitness program and it is a aerobic activity. It is a full body workout that will help Wendy to achieve her goal and run 5km in two months. Push-ups and sit-ups on the other hand are strength activities that will not improve her aerobic capacity such as zumba.
