Every day when I have to do chores in the house and clean up everything, I personally don't enjoy it. But when I finally finish I'm relieved since I can now do some things that I do enjoy, such as playing a board game. When I feel that sense of accomplishment I believe that is because I can see the difference in the things I clean, or simply because I see the transformation or progress I made.
