the most important amendment is twenty seventh amendment in 1992 which prohibits changes to congressional salaries from taking effect until the net term. The ideas of the new amendments fall into two categories either political amendment and the procedural amendment.
The political amendment is issues like the abortion and gay marriage and the procedural amendment is seek to change how we practice politic in the united states.
