Since gkitten wasn't sure I'll attempt this too.
a) Assuming that the bottles are not replaced from the fridge each time:
5+6+4=15
So 5/15 x 4/14 = 2/21
2/21 x 100 = 9.524%
b) So now there are only 13 bottles in the fridge:
4/13 x 3/12 = 1/13
1/13 x 100 = 7.692%
