Similar types of rocks in places, same species of animals with slight different evolutions to adapt to climate, the landmasses actually look like they fit together, etc..

Answer: The evidences suggesting that the continents were once all together are as follows-

  1. Most of the edges or the boundaries of the continents perfectly matches with the nearby continents.
  2. Similar fossil assemblages has been found in different continents.
  3. Similar rocks have been found at different continents, and also similar age has been observed.
  4. Plate tectonic theory confirmed that all continents earlier were together.
