assuming this is the same week:
it's easiest to count it in hours and minutes, and then convert to days.
so from 2:10 untill midnight on friday it is 12:00-2:10 which is 9:50 (so 9 hours and 50 mins)
then until midnight on saturday it is 24 hours
then it is 11 hours and 30 mins untill 11:30 on sunday.
SO you've ended up with 9:50 on first day, 24:00 on second day, 11:30 on third day. You add them up to get
24:00 + 9:50 + 11:30 = 45:20(Important to remember that there are 60 minutes in an hour not 100!)
as there are 24 hours in a day you can do 45:20 - 24 = 21:20, so you can change 45:20 to:
1 day, 21 hours and 20 minutes
