Perpaps, yea . He problably already wanted to commit suicide so he added that pharase into that song

I believe so.. I mean he jumped the wall and left rehab right after that he shot himself. I think while he was writing "Smells like teen spirit" he was trying to say like "im hurting please help" but im not really sure.
