It does negate both of them because it negatively affects everyday life to a great extent, in which people lose freedom, suffer from emotional distress, live with threat on their and their family's lives, have problems in working, obtaining food, and other problems that impact a reasonable standard of living and consequently violate the human rights.
Violence, in general, change the environment to the extent of the reach it has, in this panorama, domestic violence;local gangs on their fight for territory; and finally, great wars that cover an entire nation or a group of countries, negates human rights and decency.
