Which of the following was NOT a state affected by the falling prices of oil in the 1980s? Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, or Louisiana?

Texas will not be affected for it has large amounts of oil so if it goes up or down it will not be affected.

The correct answer is Texas , my reason being is mainly because Texas had nothing at all to do with any of the other three , or oil failing prices , for they have plenty of oil.
