Steve Harvey isn't a doctor, though an argument could be made that Doctor Phil isn't one either. When discussing looks/careers, you could say that they're at very least similar, but I don't know. I guess I'd go with true, because the only way someone would ask such a specific question, is if they thought it was true. Hope this helps!
