For this question, the equation I got was (x+3)^2 + (y-6)^2 = r^2.
Equation of the circle
(x-h)² + (y-k)² = r²

(h,k) = (-3,6) - coordinates of the center of the circle
r=2 - radius of the circle

(x-(-3))² + (y-6)² = 2²
(x+3)² + (y-6)² = 4
