How to form the conditionnel tense ...?
It's quirte easy if you already know the future tense and the imparfait.

You use the root of the verb as for for the future and you add the same endings as for the imparfait =
ais // ais // ait // ions // iez // aient

exemple=
partir 
futur = je partirai -----> conditionnel  = je partirais
           nous partirons---------------------= nous partirions

for irregular verbs same
aller = j'irai--------------j'irais

etc...
