Dante Alighieri's Inferno, translated by John Ciardi " Can someone please tell me in what canto of the "MF" John's translation is this part "I crown and miter you over yourself." or the other one "My son, you've seen the temporary fire and the eternal fire; you have reached the place past which my powers cannot see."

The thing is that John Ciardi changed the words, so I can't understand his sentences. Can someone please help me identify this phrase that I posted above?
